The journal primarily focuses on intraday trading in Indian markets, particularly NIFTY and other NSE instruments, with potential expansion into other markets in the future. Winning trades, losing trades, missed opportunities and no-trade days all form part of the record. The objective is simple: document the process, review the decisions, learn from experience and continuously improve discipline.
